“There ain’t no sky today”
Said the masses.
“All they knew was the blackened gray”
Dread loomed over all classes.

“Damn the greedy!”
Echoed the proletarians.
“They’re just so needy.”
Boomed the patricians.

“Those bastards shrouded in gold.”
State the poverty-stricken.
“The lower class had gotten so bold!”
Claim the wealth-ridden.

“End the exploitation of us! Of the World!”
Shouted the intelligent.
“We’re helping you! Do as you’re told.”
Bellowed the negligent.

“We need to educate our people, our children!”
Called the thoughtful.
“We’re protecting your children from your indoctrin!”
Replied the spiteful.

“We won’t get another chance!”
Vocalized the underprivileged.
“They don’t deserve another glance.”
Verbalized the privileged.

Then the sky turned a blackened gray.
The world was left in dismay.
