“You’ve got a college degree? What are you doing here?”
The question’s sharp edge cuts clear.
But I smile and shrug, no shame in my tone,
For life’s not a script, and I’ve written my own.
I’ve learned more from people than books could teach,
In laughter, in service, in lives I reach.
A degree is a tool, not a gate,
And paths often twist before meeting their fate.
