“It’s hard to impress me with chicken,” she said while looking down on the plate of chicken I made for her. “But, you managed to do it. This is some really really good chicken! The breading adds so much flavor and I can taste all the spices you used. Well done!”
“Thank you, chef.” I said, stepping back into the line of other chefs. This was good news as last round I didn’t do so well. I had made a beef stew but somehow managed to forget the beef in it so it was just broth. I’m shocked they didn’t eliminate me there. Although Jared did even worse and forgot the broth so it was just a bunch of beef in a bowl. How does one forget what makes something a stew? I don’t know. But I did much better this round and that’s all that matters.
